Why does
food decay?
We began our research with an apple experiment. We asked the question, "what would happen to the apple decaying process if we put our apple in 4 different solutions?" We are experimenting with vinegar, lemon juice, salt water, and air. We will observe the changes in the apples throughout the week and will share our findings with you on Friday!
We cannot wait to see what happens to each of our apple slices!
