We have 2 baby Pekin ducks so far but it looks like the runner duck eggs have a crack in each of them!

Needless to say, I brought the incubator home with me! Look at this sweet face!!
Pekin #2 just hatched!
Baby Pekin #2 is fighting hard to break out of his egg.
The baby Pekin duck is almost out. He is working so hard!
Completely out!
I'll keep you updated with more pictures as they hatch! I cannot wait for the kids to see the ducklings Monday morning!
Katelyn was SUPER excited! Thanks for showing us.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited to see your sweet ducklings! Don't you want to just crack the egg for them? But just like our students, it's the independence and challenge that makes them stronger! Can't wait to meet these sweet babies and introduce them to their brothers and sisters next week.
ReplyDeleteshyann wish she was there
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely one of the most amazing things to see! I was really hoping that the baby ducks would hatch while we were at school but I hope that these video's have helped the kids feel like they were apart of our babies hatching! Next week is going to be such a fun-filled week of learning. Our ducks will have the opportunity to swim and hopefully get to meet their other brother's and sisters.
ReplyDeleteSo excited about the ducklings! Can't wait to be updated with more! :)
