Career Day at OES

We have had an exciting morning here in kindergarten at Oakland!

First, we had the opportunity to learn all about the restaraunt, Zaxbys. Bella's dad and Emary Kate's aunt came to talk to us!

Next, we learned about the importance of washing our hands with nurses from Spartanburg Regional.

After that, we learned about the importance of shredding papers and recycling from Mr. Ward, Mrs. Ward's husband!

Lastly, we enjoyed learning from and listening to a few books written by the author, Michelle Barfield.

We ended our day by watching the helicopter take off!
