Hatch Day started 1 day early!!

Wow!! What an exciting day we have had today!  We currently have two ducks that have hatched!  We named the first one Circles because he hasn't stopped running circles around the incubator since we arrived this morning!  The second ones name is Maps because he hatched as we took our MAP test! I'm just going to share some pictures and videos I took today:

Sam started our morning by encouraging the first baby to hatch completely out of the egg.

After lots of observations, we decided to record everything in our duck journals!

"I can't believe that our eggs hatched 1 day early!  We have 2 ducks that hatched named Circles and Maps."

"Can you believe that our ducks hatched today?  It was so cool!"

"One duck is out of the egg.  One duck is not out of the egg.  I love little ducks."

"Can you believe that our 2 ducklings hatched today?  It was so exciting!  The other ones are not hatching today.  I love them!!!  Our 1 ducks name is Circles because she or he likes to run circles in the incubator.  The other one he or she's name is Maps, because he or she hatched while we are testing."

"We have 2 ducks!  They came in really early.  We have 2 ducks trying to hatch.  Yay!  Wow!"

"Can you believe that the baby's hatched today?  We have 2."

"Can you believe that hatch day was 1 day early?  I bet that 2 more ducks are going to hatch."

At the end of the day, I moved the two ducklings to the brooder so that I could bring them home!

We are hoping that we have 2 more ducklings hatching tomorrow!
